Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) in Austin offers extended care for newly sober individuals who may have recently transitioned out of detox or inpatient drug & alcohol treatment. This program can be completed in 30, 60 or 90 days, and includes comprehensive outpatient addiction services tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Partial Hospitalization is offered Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The following comprehensive services are included in the partial hospitalization program:
In addition to our foundational PHP services, we also offer two specialty tracks for clients who meet certain needs and requirements.
Extended care and partial hospitalization programs are ideal for individuals who could benefit from a high level of care but have work or personal responsibilities that prevent them from enrolling in an inpatient program. They can also serve as a transition program between inpatient and intensive outpatient rehab care that balances structure with flexibility.
Infinite Recovery’s Austin PHP program can be customized to meet the specific needs of our clients. Each client meets with a case manager, a therapist, and a recovery support specialist who help determine the best course of treatment for that individual.
Mental health and substance use disorders are closely linked. As part of our holistic approach to addiction treatment, we offer weekly individual therapy sessions and daily group sessions for clients at our partial hospitalization program. By working with mental health providers who specialize in addiction recovery, clients can process past traumas and address the mental and emotional patterns driving addictive behavior.
Clients in our partial hospitalization program receive personalized psychiatric treatment to identify any undiagnosed mental health concerns and prescribe medication when appropriate. During the recovery process, it is common for individuals to experience symptoms of mental health disorders that may have been obscured by substance use.
Newly sober individuals often benefit from additional support with practical matters such as securing insurance, applying for jobs, getting groceries and finding housing. Our case managers and recovery support specialists work with clients to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed in building a healthy and sober life. We provide complimentary transportation to and from our PHP programs as well as to the grocery store so clients have access to the essentials.
Our partial hospitalization program provides an intensive three-day workshop for families to heal from the effects of substance abuse together. This workshop integrates talk therapy and other holistic healing approaches so that clients and their loved ones can resolve past issues and develop healthy new patterns of relating and communicating.
Ensuring a successful transition after treatment requires an intentional plan for reintegrating into everyday life. Our alcohol and drug rehab centers offer a complete re-integration treatment plan as part of the full continuum of care.
This can be the most difficult part in the sobriety journey. Each level is designed and supported by highly skilled professionals. They include guidance from a master’s level therapist, licensed addiction counselors, and our recovery support specialists.

Recovery is a unique experience and requires treatment tailored to each person’s health, state, and needs. That is why we promote a holistic approach. Through its lens, total recovery becomes a state of transformation. Recovery doesn’t work when it’s merely a vacation from the real world. That’s why we focus on integration and restoration. We help clients transform their health, relationships with the people that matter most, their work, school, social activities, and—most importantly—themselves.
